This edition emphasizes aviation real estate, airpark homes, hangar properties, and fly-in communities for pilots actively searching for runway-access homes and investment opportunities.

Expanded 2026 Presence – Outdoor Booth And VIP Area
New for 2026, Aviation Real Estate Magazine will host an outdoor booth with a dedicated VIP section at the AOPA Fly-In at the Buckeye Air Fair, providing more space, visibility, and one-on-one time with serious aviation real estate buyers and sellers than in prior years. Visitors will see our aviation real estate show posters displayed throughout the booth and VIP area, showcasing airpark homes, hangar homes, and runway properties in an immersive, pilot-focused setting.

Julia from Fathom Realty will assist buyers and sellers with targeted aviation property searches, while Jack McCormick of The Baja Bush Pilots—Erik’s father—will share his expertise with pilots interested in flying to Mexico and Central America by private aircraft.
Joining them in the VIP booth will be several airpark owners, including Jim from Belize Airpark and Stewart from Skyland Alaska, who will be available to answer questions and discuss their unique aviation communities.
