Through a private 1-hour Zoom training session, brokers and agents learn to represent buyers and sellers safely around airports and airparks, understand how aviation amenities add extra value, and gain practical strategies for marketing aviation real estate.

Learning everything needed to excel in this field can take years, so our program covers the essential foundations. There is currently no all-encompassing course for aviation real estate—it's an extremely diverse niche—so our training ensures you can begin confidently and expand your expertise over time.

Once you complete this Zoom training, you are recognized as a Certified Aviation Real Estate Specialist.
