Most airpark homes are houses near a runway. This one was built around the airplane.

The hangar: 4,000 sq ft with a 68 x 14 high-power bi-fold door and an 18 x 14 overhead. Inside, a 28 x 15 climate-controlled workshop and office — annuals in air conditioning, usable twelve months a year. Concrete taxiway access to 0TX1, the original Pecan Plantation runway.

The home: 2,992 sq ft single story on 1.46 landscaped acres under mature pecans. Three bedrooms, three baths, two living and two dining areas, bonus room, large screened patio, and geothermal HVAC.

The community: gated, 3,000 acres on the Brazos, 35 miles southwest of Fort Worth and outside the Class B.

Back from AirVenture 2026

The show set an all-time record at roughly 734,000 attendees, up from 704,000 last year. Amazing week — and it was awesome to meet with all of our friends and clients. Thank you.

Auctions Are Setting the Price

Several auction properties have sold recently at what we believe is the highest level of success we've seen. An auction doesn't estimate value — it discovers it. Appraisals look backward; registered bidders tell you what a property is worth today.

Special coverage is coming on our last auction, where a record number of attendees registered to bid.

Ecosystem Rollout

Florida, Texas and other key states are aligned with brokers. We're looking for Aviation Real Estate Specialists in Tennessee and Georgia, and brokers in Nevada and Utah. Licensed, ideally a pilot, want a national platform behind you? Reach out.

Market Report

The market is strong and buyers are still actively engaging — when the property is priced correctly. If yours is sitting too long, it's one of two things: not enough exposure, or the price is too high. Diagnose it honestly, then fix it.

Sellers: Stick With It

We keep seeing for-sale-by-owners advertise, wait three weeks, see nothing, and cancel. Don't. Buyers need to see a property more than once before they react. Three weeks isn't a campaign, it's a warm-up.

You're not selling a lawnmower. You're selling aviation real estate.
