Arizona’s Premier Aviation Real Estate Specialists on Display
The AOPA Buckeye Air Fair 2026 was another incredible celebration of general aviation, drawing thousands of pilots, aviation homeowners, and airpark enthusiasts from across the country. Aviation Real Estate Magazine and the Aviation Real Estate Specialists proudly represented Arizona’s aviation property market with a strong outdoor presence and premium booth location.
Set in sunny and windy Buckeye, Arizona, our showcase highlighted some of the most sought-after aviation properties and airpark real estate in the Southwest. Visitors had the rare advantage of enjoying our outdoor booth positioned right along the airshow line — a front-row view for both airshows held daily throughout the weekend.
A Prime Location and Unforgettable Airshows
Rare Military Osprey Aircraft Steal the Show
The excitement in the air was undeniable. The highlight of this year’s airshow was the appearance and performance of two U.S. Military V-22 Osprey aircraft — a rare sight that captivated the crowd. Watching these tiltrotor aircraft demonstrate their unique versatility was a thrill for visitors and aviation professionals alike.
Surrounded by nonstop aerial activity, our Aviation Real Estate exhibit remained a high-traffic destination all weekend. Dozens of attendees stopped by to explore airpark properties for sale in Arizona, Florida, Alaska, and beyond, alongside discussions about emerging airpark communities coming to market in 2026.

Showcasing Aviation Properties Coast to Coast
Over Fifty Show Posters and New Marketing Presentations
On display was a massive rack featuring over 50 large-format posters of active and upcoming aviation listings — a visual highlight for our booth and a testament to the growing strength of the aviation real estate market nationwide. From residential airparks in the desert Southwest to fly-in resorts in Alaska and waterfront hangar homes in Florida, attendees had the chance to compare airpark opportunities from coast to coast.

A personal highlight for us was having Jack McCormick, president and owner of Baja Bush Pilots, exhibiting nearby inside the main hangar. His leadership and dedication to connecting pilots with adventure and international flying communities continue to inspire our work at Aviation Real Estate Magazine.
Also at the event was Kim McCormick, Jack’s daughter and Erik’s sister, proudly representing Baja Bush Pilots at their booth. Kim’s work with Baja Bush Pilots helps carry forward the organization’s mission of supporting pilots flying throughout Mexico and beyond, strengthening the family’s long-standing contribution to the general aviation community.
